Super affordable and the quality was impressive too. Got the lift I needed on my 2nd Gen Taco!

Get your grinder out
If you install this on a 5th gen Toyota 4-Runner, you will need to grind off the existing studs for the upper strut mount. Otherwise the studs will hit the top of the mount before the spacer does. Didn’t notice this until I had the entire front end apart. Would be nice if the advertisement highlighted that you will have to grind 1/4” off the six existing studs to make this work. Not to mention using a hand grinder is a sloppy way to be cutting studs. Especially if you want the cut flush to the top of the strut without making a mess out of the top of the strut. Too late to return so in the trash they go. Wasted 3.5 hours and the money to purchase them.

Quality control
Nice product overall but very questionable quality control. One set of nuts go down flush with no issue. The set of nuts on the other spacer has 3 small indentations that doesn’t allow you to fully thread it all the way down flush. Don’t know if I should just send it with an impact or go buy 3 new nuts

Great product at a great price
Very high quality parts and hardware, not terribly difficult to install. Took me 3.5 hours in my garage. The truck looks awesome, but 1.5” in the front might have been a little too much to level. I will add either 1/2” or 1” to the rear to re-level it

Don’t ever install in FJ. The axle vibrates like crazy
