**Q: What’s the oil acidity and when was it harvested?**
A: Latzimas GOLD has high nutritional value, the free fatty acids level, known as oleic acid, doesn’t exceed 0.8 g/100 g of olive oil (acidity: 0 – 0.8%). Olives are harvested every year in October & November. New season products are mostly available in the market in December & January. Current product is harvested in November. Olive oils are like Wine, it is more valuable if stored in suitable conditions and dark. Enjoy Latzimas Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Me and family are trying to get onto using olive oil as a healthier option for salads, cooking and all. Kids resented previous attempts at a taste change. A friend recommended this brand. We tasted it and order for a 5L can which arrived a day earlier than suggested delivery time. Tastewise, it far exceeds my expectation and even the kids seem to like it. I find the price slightly higher in comparison to some other. However, i am not considering to risk the taste change as i like its distinct flavour. I also recommend to use it with a dry branch of mint or thyme in a separate bottle as it does not cater for everyone's taste buds.

I have ordered this product only as there were no smaller containers available. I mean, 5L it is a bit exaggeration for a domestic use... Probably will finish before the end of the year as I can eat it just with bread!My only disappointment is the state of a can as it arrived properly banged up. It is bent and dented in quite a few places but mostly the base so I cannot rest it standing.... It does not change the quality of oil itself but I believe that the cost of a can is included in the price too. And it is quite annoying and not too handy to pour oil out.
