I was very apprehensive at buying this posture corrector. I had bought one in the past that was not comfortable and did not work correctly. But I am so glad that I did purchase this one. It is very comfortable and it does just what it claims to do. It reminds me to stand straight. I forget I even have it on sometimes. Definitely worth its money.

They illustrate a men and women’s style. It doesn’t give you the option to choose. They only have one style after I contacted the company. . The size chart if incorrect. You should order a larger size if you’re remotely close to the end of a given size. It does work fairly well.

The support and sturdy nature of this support far outweigh others I have tried over the years. now with my broken back and several herniated discs i can be comfortable sitting during a show or meal without needing to get up and stand a minute or two. The ease of operation is the perfect design for me.

this back support brace is very solid. Material is sturdy, nothing ripped and it held up very well during the 4 weeks I wore it daily for two hours uninterrupted. When you wear it, you definitely will improve your posture. It can be quite restrictive around the waist area and I felt it with every breath but it was not to the point of being uncomfortable. I would not want to work out in it and they tell you as much in the material that comes with the brace. Now to the main question: what happened after four weeks of wearing it? Answer: nothing changed. I might have a bit of an easier time straigtening out because of the muscle memory but when I am distrated I go right back to slumping over more that I want to. Perhaps I will wear it for a longer period to see if it does anything. I think the benefits are a bit oversold in the ad.
