I was excited to see such a great blend of ingredients in this liquid tincture, as gummies and liquid supplements work better for me. This IBShield tincture has a very pleasant peppermint taste. I add the drops to a tiny bit of water, then drink a little more water to wash it down, before meals. I have had a little less abdominal pain and bloating since I started taking it. I’m hoping if I keep taking it regularly, my pain will continue to decrease. I do wish that it came with a dropper, because it’s hard to control how fast the drops come out. It’s not a big deal as I’m able to get very close to the right amount each time.
