Great value Magnesium Glycinate with no need to take 4x massive pills like some other brands (Horbaach etc.). Helps me a lot with winding down at night or sometimes I find it can help with my headaches. Always comes fully sealed so very trustworthy.

Been taking the tablets for about a week. Some stomach upset but nothing major. Decided to cut the dosage down to 1 tablet per day and noticed a positive difference. Sleep quality has improved and I feel more relaxed. I also think that it is suppressing my appetite as I don't seem to have as many food cravings which I'm sure will help keep the menopausal stomach paunch in check together with exercise. Good value for money. I shall definitely continue taking these.

Does help sleep, woke many times within night but now less often, doesn't affect you if you wake, no grogginess, I have bought a couple times so far, they seem popular

Helps me to sleep. They're not sleeping tablets, but my sleep has definitely improved since I started taking these.

These tablets are huge so a lil be difficult to swallow but asides from that they’re great, you feel the effects almost immediately, im sleeping better now and the aches and pains are down to minimum. I’ll be buying again.
