Worth the purchase
So easy to redeem my protection plan!! I have a teenage boy who is sometimes hard on electronic accessories. We purchased the 2 year plan for headphones. Everything was made so easy. Registered online, printed label, placed in envelope to return, dropped off at UPS received refund same day! Easy for a busy Mom.

Gift givers beware: Gift recipient faces 7th level of h3ll for them to decline their coverage.
Bought this protection on a pair of headphones I was buying as a gift. I called a few days after and asked some basic questions about how the gift recipient would go about using the warranty coverage if needed. The agent I spoke with from Amazon customer service told me 2 different stories/outcomes from: 1.) call Amazon, give order number then they would contact Asurion. 2.) Gift Recipient calls Asurion with product and "tracking ID" and gets covered that way. I then decided against it and asked Amazon to cancel the order for this made less than 48 hours earlier and with the product not shipped yet. She told me that since Asurion is a 3rd party Seller the only thing they could do was send a message to them requesting they cancel the coverage. While i was speaking with the rep, I clicked on a few things on my end. After answering "is your email delivery product still in the retail packaging" questions and other inane questions my refund was processed instantly. Moral of the story is avoid these in my experience because its easier to replace the headphones that get ANY TYPE of support for them after the sale.

I didn't think I needed it. But, my earbuds stopped working. I always thought it was my husband's charging dock that wasn't working right.

Earphones for exercise
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I thought it was the best earphones for me. Unfortunately, they did not last for too long. They don’t work at all. I need a replacement.
