ASURION 2 Year Headphones Protection Plan ($30 - $39.99)

Very easy to file a claim in the event something happens to my product. I highly recommend.

The Claim process easy. As soon as I shipped, I got the credit to buy NEW headphones, the next day.

Both the Protection plan for a inexpensive set of headphones for my daughter. Time down the road they failed. Put a claim with Asurion online , as easy as buying on Amazon. Few answers, and clicks, and, claim done. Will definitely buy for other items.

I would not buy any sort of protection plan from Asurion from my own experience. I contact them twice now and both times I have just been referred to other people and places, even though I have already said I have tried to do that. What good is a protection plan if I can't use it? They pretty much took my money for it and aren't doing anything now that I'm emailing them to do so within the two years. I will edit my review if this changes, because I do just want to use the protection plan I paid for and I am not being allowed to. The site to file your claims with them loads slow, and is generally not a great time either.

I’m really glad I purchased the Asurion 2 year warranty for these headphones. With a kid using them, the extra protection is definitely still needed. It gives me real peace of mind knowing they’re covered if anything happens.

Using the their website was simple. Just follow instructions. Add pictures, this ensures you're not lying. Once accepted, was issued a refund after printing and ups shipping label and returning it.

Asurion has always taken care of me when my products needed support. When I needed to call, the answered my questions efficiently, emailed me my return label, my product reaches them quickly, and my amazon card gets to me fast. The only advise I have is the efficiency and ease of their website. These days, it would be best to handle most items on the website. It is difficult to call during the day as I am a teacher. Every time eI do a claim online, it always states that "it looks like it is still under the manufacture's warranty." When you get it from amazon you only have 30 days to return and if the product doesn't come with a 1 year warranty from the manufacture then it falls under Asurion. It is then difficult to go back to claim and push that it doesn't not qualify and show proof base on Amazon ( which is also difficult to find information on). Therefor you have to call. But again, the calling is easy (accent difficult) but the problem is solved easily.
