It actually helps to maintain your posture, it is really designed well and hence anybody can use it easily, Quality is also top notch, aids in pain relief and material is also comfortable to wear.

The posture corrector quality is decent, but it doesn’t stay in place properly. When I sit down or stand up, it keeps moving and loses grip. It doesn’t provide enough support to maintain a straight posture. The straps also feel loose after some time of use.
