These are good bulbs, but unfortunately whenever there's a fluctuation in the power (that's often, in the Northern Isles) they permanently stop working. At this price it's getting ridiculous to keep replacing them…..

I have used 4 of these on a spot light bar in our kitchen. This replaces a 4ft florescent tube. The tube was 36watts and 4 of these bulbs add up to 36watts. The light output is very much the same as the tube although looks slightly different. They all arrived in perfect condition and work well. They start instantly unlike the old florescent tube light. The only down side I found is that they would not fit into the spot light bar without having to modify the deep collar around each socket by cutting it down a bit. This is only a problem though if your trying to replace GU10 halogen spot lights in this kind of fitting.

The light is easy on the eye and economical to run. I like the design. I shall get a few more of these.

Arrived so I decided to fit it. The plastic houseing cracked with such thin plastic. It held in place for about an hour before crashing to the floor and smashing everywhere. I recomend this to my worst enemy but to a random person it's cheap nasty plastic. How much hassel is it to send it back?

Delivered as stated, well wrapped , had to buy two to save postage as the bulbs were pricey, the manufactures evidently have stopped production of this type, hence the purchase from Amazon. One fitted and one spare so can not advise on the life of these.

Only three out of four bulbs worked and can't get a response from seller

Does what it says. Bit of a pain to find this type of connection anywhere apart from online, but works as it should.
