The consistency of these bands are not continuous. They have sticky points and then loose points throughout each band depending what exercise you’re trying to do. I was hoping for band that would have a consistent pull from start to finish. Unfortunately this band brand does not give consistency throughout any movements… they have a permanent place on the wall as I have stopped using them. I gave them a 2 and not a 1 out of 5 Star because by all means they are usable, just not at the level I was expecting or require for my Fitness. I should have returned them within the 30 days, but I swore to myself I would find a way to make them work. :(

Quality is subpar. The blue band snapped after a 6 or 7 uses.

We stored these in a drawer and when my husband took one out to use it it broke and literally fell apart.
