Very strong magnets hold a door open, easy to fit! Excellent choice!

I had an issue as my door closes by itself, but I can’t have doorstops of any kind because my dog chews them up. Got this and at first I thought it wasn’t going to work as the magnet is very strong, couldn’t even pull it apart with my hands, however, once installed it unattached very easily when opening the door. Would 100% recommend this!

Wasn’t expecting much for the price but great little item, magnet is strong without being overpowerful ( pull door to release) I use it to keep my back door open when going into the garage and bringing things back in ( no more door handle catching me in the midriff on the way back in . Particularly good in spring and summer when I don’t mind the cold getting in. Comes with stickers which help to locate initially into place but screws supplied are definitely necessary if you want it to remain in place for any length of time.

I've had these on my Static, High winds no problem, this 1 is not as strong, fitted to the front door, stops the door handle from getting damaged, I have fitted an additional spring to prevent damage but the door kept closing. Recommend, YES, does the job, Easy to fit. As with the 1 fitted to the static it has a spring action to absorb the door movement, light & looks good. With in door doors do not fit right next to the hinge, the door will split. Will not rust cause indoors. Updates coming.

Got these as a replacement to the screw in ones, these are so much better. They've been stuck on quite a while now too, no problem with coming off or moving.

Mounting plates may be fixed with screws or double-sided adhesive pads, both supplied. I doubt that the latter will be sufficient for the bigger wall-mounted component. Door part has a shock-absorbing sprung core. Good value.

Bought based upon the price. Drilled pilot holes into the MDF skirting board to attach the main unit. Used the 3M double sided sticky pads to attach the spring loaded receiver onto the door. Works well, the magnet is very strong requiring a tug to free the door.

The door stop itself is very good. Strong magnet, good value and quick to install However, the screws that come with it will snap like liquorice. I’ve snapped several just tightening by hand with a screwdriver and they’re now stuck in the wall. Never experienced such poor quality screws. If you buy this, absolutely dump the included screws away and use your own.

Solidny, działa, bardzo porządnie trzyma się przyklejony na drzwiach, porządnie wygląda. Jedyne co to fajnie byłoby gdyby podstawa do montowania też była czarna a nie srebrna - pomalowałam sama.

Jeśli popranie zamocujesz używając kleju i wkrętów, to działa bardzo dobrze. Trzyma ciężkie drewniane drzwi szerokości 100 cm. Trzeba docisnąć delikatnie drzwi, magnes mógłby być silniejszy, ale i tak działa bardzo dobrze. Bardzo wygodne i estetyczne rozwiązanie. Polecam!
