Zipper broke because of too much pressure.
The pillow case is way too small...upon trying to zip it shut as I was halfway zipper and the zipper separated and then came completely apart and not able to be repaired. I need reimbursement for this or replacement.

Low profile keeps this pillow comfortable and with the cooling case it feels really nice all night on the neck, but does it reduce snoring? No, not at all. 3 stars for comfort, not function.

Pillowcase began to “shred” long, hair-size filaments within 3 weeks of arrival (was not washed, so that was not the cause). DO NOT waste your money on this!

Highly beneficial and luxurious pillow. Eliminated my neck pain and shoulder pains and reduced my lower back pains. More peaceful nights sleep that I don’t want get up. Useful as a cushion too and as neck support when I am doing exercises. Amazingly health benefits.
