Worth the price
These are suitable for any age really, not just adults using for portion control. They are quality plates that really hold up to repeated use. They clean really easily as well, I just pop them in my dishwasher.

I bought these to help control how much I am eating. They are not very big so when you put food on them you think your plate is full which is good. I recommend them. They clean well too.
