Works great!
This was so easy to set up. It took about 5 minutes. Works perfectly. We have a receiver behind a cabinet that controls our TV's volume. It only has IR capabilities. I programmed it to my Apple TV remote, but we had to leave the cabinet door open so the remote could see the IR "eye". This solved that problem! 5/5!

Easy to set up. Works Great.
I have a 100" projector screen and all my equipment is behind it. Before I bought this repeater I would need to walk to the screen and point the remotes behind it to change AV sources, adjust volume or scroll through disc menus. The repeater allows me to do all of this without moving from the sofa.

These work great!
These actually work really well. I have the transmitter in my media room and the receiver in the media closet so the amplifier and other stuff is out of site. My media closet is about 30 feet away in a different part of the house. All the functions on my remote work just fine.

This worked perfectly for me
This worked perfectly for me. I have a single Spectrum cable box serving 2 TVs in my basement bar/rec room. The Spectrum box is behind the bar so I had no issues controlling from the bar. For my rec room TV, that same cable box is located behind my recliners. I placed this repeater's receiver on the bottom of the Rec room TV and placed the transmitter by the cable box. I used the wall charger plug for both devices because in my case it was the most convenient. Now I can point the Spectrum remote at either TV and control the cable box. It's perfect.

Better than expected
Works better than expected. Older repeaters required a lot of time determining a code for the brand of device you wanted to control. This model seemed like a plug and play right out of the box. Easy set up and so far working great. A little pricey, but I can finally close the door to my cabinet where my AV receiver was located.

simple to set up, easy to use
this is exactly what you need if your system is in one room and you have remote speakers in another. now I can easily control volume from a second room when listening to music out of range of the stereo remote sensor. the little pucks are smaller than I expected, which is a good thing. they were plug and play, no setups required, no stupid apps, no remote wifi or bluetooth . just works. and works with my “vintage” stereo remote from the 80’s. these are hard to beat for the money. comes with everything you need.

It works!
This is my fourth attempt to get a wireless IR repeater working. The three earlier products did not work with all my remote controls. And one that did at least function, had horrible latency on volume. That may not seem like a big deal. But you'd hold down the volume control and nothing would happen. Then suddenly it'd be blasting. And there was long latency on turning it down too. The latency on the Fourair product is good, no problem. What I've learned is that IR remotes work over a broad range of IR frequencies (no standard). And, at least on the controls I have, there is NO documentation on what frequency they're using. The Fourair covers a broad range and gets all the remotes I have. Also, other units require the re-transmitter of IR being placed in front of the targeted component. That doesn't always work. But the Fourair includes a little IR transmitter "bead" you can literally tape to the IR receiver in your targeted component. Elegant, works great! Highest recommendation.
