I had been searching for an all-in-one syringe for IM injections -- not two separate tube and needle parts. This product fit well. The needle is sturdy yet thin enough to make the injection process painless. The syringes are durable and well made. No usage issues.

Edit: If you switch to a smaller needle after drawing, draw a line or 2 more than you need. Some of it gets trapped in the needle hub, which is normal. Been using these for testosterone (IM, thigh), to draw & inject. No issues so far.

Other reviews say different things, so take this one with a grain of salt, too. Pardon not having one out of the packaging, I had just finished a shot, and for the shakiness in my hands. They came in nicely packaged, both shipping and individual. I had a leftover unused 3mL syringe without a needle next to it for comparison. Roughly the same length, one is the traditional plunger and this product has the no-waste design— this product is 1mL so it's considerably skinnier. These kinds of syringes are good for minimal waste of medication, the plunger pushes all the way to the tip of the syringe— just around where the needle locks into the syringe. The only issue I had: air pockets. The amount of air drawn in is noticeably more than with the traditional ones I've used in the past. Getting the air bubbles out is a little trickier because of the design, but with a bit of work you should be able to get the tiniest bubble (which isn't the worst thing that could happen) if not all the air out. I've done about four injections with this product so far and here's my take on the batch that was dispensed: I'm 5'1 and barely 100lbs so one inch needles suffice. Self injection is a bit painful if you don't do the recommended quick jab, but having another person inject while you pull back on your skin really helps. It was basically painless. The wider luer lock head helps not slipping down and touching the needle with your hand. Quality of the needles are as if they were dispensed from a regular pharmacy. I'm very satisfied with that. The needles weren't bent; as long as the courier isn't rough with the box or packaging envelope, this is a very good alternative.

I have been through two boxes of these syringes. The 25g needle works very well for oil based solutions (TRT). I would give 5 stars, but I have had 2 needles with a slight burr. Its very difficult to see the imperfections, but you will feel it when you take the shot. Again, 2 out of 100 were imperfect, but both were used and functioned well. They were a little less comfortable than normal. In the end, I will continue to buy these. They are a great value for the price. I like the luer lock design.

I pin intramuscular weekly for one of my medications and some pharmacies charge upwards of $2 per syringe x needle set. The price of these are incredibly competitive. Even with having to buy drawing needles separately they still beat competitors by $80+. They are compatible with the leur lock so it is very easy to find drawing needles if you need them. I appreciate that they are 1mL as I pin 0.3mL so it is easier to draw that amount in the smaller syringe.
