850W does the job. 1100W is the way to go if ...
850W Review: Overall this is very decent PSU. I used this on a SFF build about three months ago and my only complaint is that CM hasn't worked on the fan noise at all. It's just loud even on zero load. It has plenty of access to fresh (cool) air and I rarely run any kind of intensive tasks on the machine associated with it, but even so the fan comes on within 2-3 minutes of turning the machine on. But this is a "you get what you pay for" situation, so given that I paid roughly $100 for this unit I can't complain too much. 1100W Review: So I was looking at making changes to my main machine. I wanted to lighten the load as much as I can. Glass and water add up. So I picked this up. It was toss up between this and the Corsair 1000 SFX. In the end I went with Cooler Master. They offer a 90 degree 12VPWR cable right out of the box and even though the Corsair is indeed quieter and more power efficient I went with this. That 90 degree cable is a big selling point for me. Plus this still hits the right power to performance I'm going to need for years to come. No clue how this or any other PSU will pan out in the future with rumors that next gen GPUs will need two 12VPWR cables but that'll be a bridge I cross when I come to it. As for now this is great unit and it's a bit quieter than its 850W cousin. So, thumbs up Cooler Master. Never in my years of building machines had I ever thought I'd use one, let alone two, CM PSUs.

Great unit but noisy in the beginning
So I would give this 5 stars but this little psu made A LOT of noise in the beginning but I believe that noise is gone now because I can’t remember hearing anything for the last month or 2 Overall highly recommended as you get 1 native 12v high power and I believe there’s enough pcie cables to connect a 7900xtx and this psu has no problem running my xfx 7900xt that’s overclocked

One of the best PSU for ITX Builds.
Seriously loving this for my new compact build! It's been performing way better than I even expected. The size is perfect for an ITX setup without sacrificing any power. I'm really impressed with how well it's handling everything I throw at it. Definitely a fantastic choice if you're going for a small form factor!

Very loud at idle. Cheap cables. Works great.
I bought this to go in an NR200P. It works great and I have no doubts it would be reliable PSU for years. However, there are major cons for me: -No Zero RPM mode means the PSU is very loud at idle. -The PSU cables are plasticky and cheap. This make them difficult to manipulate in a SFF case. -It is expensive because it is ATX3.0. But ATX3.1 is right around the corner with 12x6V2 connector incoming due to the poor reliability of the 12VHPWR connector used by this PSU. I would wait for the an ATX3.1 revision with 12x6V2 connector and hope CM puts in a Zero RPM mode and Platinum rating. I highly recommend using the Corsair SF750 until that time comes.

Terrible fan noise
Haven’t even had it for a year and the fan makes a terrible rattle noise. I also keep my room super cold so I don’t understand why the fan runs 100% of the time. I recommend spending a bit more to buy something better.

Absurdedly loud Fan Noise. Returned it.
Fan is way too loud. 'Could hear it in another room. 'Could hear it over my in home HVAC. The fan was on off/silent mode when i first booted and after it ramped up for the first time, it never stopped going full blast (even after unplugging/power drain). I cannot envision a reality where the product design engineer sat there with the fan ramped up and thought that this was an okay design. Online forums and comments speak of Noctua fan replacement -- I'm not doing that for a brand new PSU and voiding my warranty. (I've done fan replacement on an old out of warranty Silverstone SFX though, totally worth the effort). Other folks out there say that fan curve was fixed in later variants: If I'm buying a new product on Amazon, I don't want to have to play a detective game to research obtuse product revisions -- just sell the most recent versions that work. Cables are pretty dang short. They really expect these to be put into SFF cases. I could barely, under great tension, get this to fit in my Noctua H200. And maybe I'm out of touch, but I expect any PSU over a hundred bucks to have braided cables. SFX-to-ATX adapter bracket was weird in that it had the PSU floating instead of aligned with the PSU air intake of the case. One pro I suppose: 12VHPWR at this price point is great. And it seemed robust and perfectly fine apart from the noise. Unless you're throwing this into a local homelab GenAI rig in your home server closet or you're the type of person who has their gaming computer in a separate room and only games with headphones on (maybe your GPU fans are already blasting like jet engines), I'd strongly suggest you give this a pass.

The smallest bestest 850w PS you'll find
... and at a great price too. I have 3 of these and they've all performed flawlessly. Quiet, cool, powerful, small. What more could you ask for. Recommended!

Good buy
This a PSU that I will definitely buy again. It is very compact and it comes with an adapter brackert in the event that you would like to install it in a MATX or ATX case. The cable length is good enough if you intend to use it on smaller cases. However you will need cable extensions when used on bigger cases. I've tested this on my 7900XTX and it works great. My only gripe is that the PSU is a bit pricey due to the SFF/ITX tax.

Loud Product with Problems. Their Support won't respond to me. Can't even open a Warranty request.
This PSU is loud and constantly on (even when system is idle). I have intermittent clicking noised coming from the PSU - not related to systems start-up/shutdown and has no relation to system usage/idle. Hard to tell if this is normal behavior or if I have a bad unit. Based on other reviews it seems like others are also having this same issue. I have contacted Cool Master via their support site and after 2 weeks am still waiting for a response. I have re-submitted my warranty request again and awaiting some direction/support. I would not purchase this product again or any products from Coll Master if their warranty and support is this bad. Be warned.

EXTREMELY LOUD - AVOID
The fan is extremely loud no matter what you are doing. At idle it sounds like the fan is going 100% speed. DO NOT but this psu, there is clearly something wrong with the fan curve. Additionally is false advertising, comes with this label saying fan has zero rpm mode. As soon as you boot up your PC the fan goes max speed. In my attached video, all my other PC fans are off. All that noise is coming from the psu while idle. You might read posts saying there is a revised version that fixes the fan, THEY ARE WRONG. As of July 2024 the fan problem remains. Returned this junk and replaced it with the Corsair SFX psu. It actually has a silent mode
