This one you can delay the time it starts, then put in cooking time on high or low. When done it bleeps, if not switched off it turns to warm. Brilliant very easy to use, recommended **Q: Is the inside pot ceramic** A: Yes it is ceramic **Q: Can the crock pot be put in the fridge or do I need to transfer the food into another dish to store overnight?** A: I don’t have this model, but I see no reason you cannot store the ceramic dish only, in the fridge overnight. **Q: Does this have a hinged lid? Or os it loose to go in the dishwasher?** A: The slow cooker does not have a hinged lid, it is a loose lid.
