I was sooo hesitant due to the reviews but I went with my own instinct and super happy I did.this is way better than having a whole bunch of picture frames taking up space...it fit perfect on the wall It arrived perfect had bubble wrap a little bit thin bu5 sooo happy 😊

The frame is as described. It’s a lot more lightweight than we thought it would be, feels somewhat cheap since it’s not real wood but it looks great and we’ve received lots of compliments on it.

This frame is beautiful! I got it for my Grandpa for Christmas and I know he’ll love it. My only complaint is that the back of the frame is a very flimsy paper-like cardboard.

The media could not be loaded. Well I received my item in the mail today was so excited to unwrap and start putting pictures inside. I just bought a photo printer for 4 by 6s photos saw this picture frame and it was perfect. Anyways I unwrapped it and it’s broke!! So disappointed but I know it happens sometimes just hate it happened to me. Going to see if my fiancé can fix it as I don’t want to go through having to return it. Which is on me. The box also looked like it had Been though the ringer lol damaged as well. I did love how fast shopping was!! Seems like I had just ordered it!! Was amazed!

The frame is pretty visually - especially with the pictures inside; however, that is the extent of it's value. The frame was a little "frayed" at the upper corners and there wasn't any glass. It has a plastic type insert to serve as the glass. The backing of the frame was very poorly done. It was thin cardboard that was warped and didn't provide a snug fit to the back of the pictures. There was nothing to secure the pictures so they had to be taped remain in place. Additionally, once the flimsy backing was in place there is significant spacing between the front and back of the frame so you have to design your own way to ensure the pictures stay in place. Once you have done all that - visually - it provides a "pretty picture" to look at but it doesn't feel worth nearly the cost. This frame feels overpriced for its quality.

Absolutely love this collage frame, however I had a lot of difficulty hanging it as the entire frame was bowed. It would not lay flat or even close to flat against the wall. It had hooks but they could not reach the wall. I had to buy wire and string it from hook to hook. Now it hangs nice and secure in my hallway and it is beautiful!

For starters: customer service for exchanging was AWESOME! Have ordered hundreds of items from amazon and this was first terrible package received. Product came in damaged package, was definitely repackaged damaged product, shame on whoever did this. That said, went through return/refund option and that went amazing. No questions asked, not even damaged photos requested. Did not even have to return damaged product, put in weekly trash. Received replacement product at no charge within a couple short days. Now for the product description. If it wasn't for the fact that our adult daughter wanted this as a bridal gift, I would have requested a refund vs. getting a replacement. For the price of almost $50 us dollars, this product is very flimsy and not very well built. It looks fine at a distance but just not a good built picture frame. I personally would look for a different option if it were to be put in our home. That said, I am interested and excited to see it on our daughter's wall once it gets filled with photos and hung.

The media could not be loaded. After reading reviews about this frame I was concerned about the quality. I can see some spots that reflect the negative reviews on here. However I love the frame. I would be gentle putting your photos in and hanging it as it is a film for the decor that makes it look like wood and it easily peels. But I love this frame, as long as it is not moved around a bunch, ot does the job and look nice. It was packaged very well, completely protected. Also to mention the plastic that goes over the photos has a protective film on both sides so make sure to remove or photos look dull.
