So easy to use and put up a little decorative curtain in seconds. Very sturdy and well built. Would recommend these for lots of uses around the home. Really cheap and fast delivery on prime. No need to travel to shops for things like these anymore

Better quality than some I have purchased.

I purchased this expanding pole as a quick and cheap method to block direct sunlight shining onto a fish tank and causing an algae build-up. The pole was surprisingly small on arrival. The end had to be unscrewed until the pole was slightly wider than the window and then fitted under tension to hold it in place. The blackout material is relatively light so the pole has stayed firmly in place - the pole is very thin so unlikely to hold anything heavier than voiles/nets. Once we get into Autumn it will be simple to remove and store until Spring.

The spring in it didn't feel very springy to me, but it took all this no problem! I can gently tap it as well and it doesn't budge or give. I am growing catnip and was more successful than I thought I'd be, so I was running out of sunny windowsills. This helped a ton! Will eventually also hang a lightweight lacy curtain on it. It could probably have taken another 2 of those pots easy peasy if I wanted it to, if it stays up I might invest in pretty pot hangers instead of my string + shower curtain hook set up! (The pots are 6.5x7cm and it's the smallest rod, 40-60cm. Window is 57cm wide)

Extendable net rod. not a lot to say... it extends and holds up net, it is not flimsy and does its job well. 👍
