I LOVE it! But I would say that this is not for those who are very tender or sensitive. This gives me that “hurts so good” feeling but I’ve always gotten deep tissue & sports massages so I can tolerate a lot. I need a sumo wrestler to walk on my back, it’s crazy, I know. Anywho, I find myself having to go slow & easy on this little bad boy cuz it’s STURDY! I can do a few minutes at a time but will hopefully work up to longer periods. I dig in ALL my knots EVERYWHERE with this little contraption! 🤤 I have such bad chronic neck & back pain, this thing has been a dream!! I also sometimes pre-apply Ice Blue Pain Gel & it’s given me sooo much relief! Wish I bought this sooner!

I've tried using all the positions it describes in the book thats included. I am tender in a lot of spots so its difficult to get a deep pressure point. I also find it difficult to get the middle to upper back because it slides a lot. But I still use it frequently for my shoulders, neck, and lower back/hips. It works well for me in those spots. When I use it for my hips/LB/neck, I can feel a release. If I start feeling tension from my shoulders up, I use this for 10-15min and I feel a lot better.

This one is made from plastic. Very hard. Hollow. Gives instruction booklet and is versatile in usage. It has help release the illiacus. Loosen the psoas. Released glute muscles. Which enable me to adjust the si joint.. I may do a YouTube video on how I use it because while the booklet is helpful there is still much to be desiredand a video would probably help you. I am also using the viniyoga DVD for low back... that is pivotal and I would not have even got this far without that.if you don't know or have it definitely get it. I ended up buying all 4 viniyoga dvds and they are all spectacular. My video should help you see it better. But in another couple month I will try to post a YouTube video on how i use this. Because without my past knowledge I wouldn't know how to optimize this properly. The pics in brochure have a lot to be desired. I found it confusing and I sort of had a foundation from where to launch

I don't normally write reviews. This product helped significantly with my neck and lower back issues when used daily. The materials are of good quality and it now is in my routine of stretching. It helped so much with my neck pain. Amazing product!

Bought this to treat neck pain and it is very useful. Item is very sturdy. Not sure what material but I expect it to last a long time. It is useful to massage many parts of the body including back, calves, hamstring, neck and arms.
