After installing it in my son’s Wii U gamepad, the battery did not last for more than 30min before needing to be recharged. The original 4 year old 1500 mAh battery that I replaced got about the same 30 min of playtime. I was expecting to get hours of game play seeing as how this battery was new and twice the capacity. Its possible that these batteries have lived beyond their shelf life and can no longer maintain full charge. The product does work but appears to be already on life support.
