I put this on and it has made zero no not a bit of difference to the weak water flow - if anything there’s now less pressure.Have I missed something?

The pressure-boosting shower is to increase the water pressure of the shower by changing the inlet area, which does not really solve the problem of insufficient water pressure at home. Using a pressure-boosting shower is still very effective to a certain extent, but the premise is to ensure that the water pressure at home is stable; if the water pressure at home is insufficient and unstable, it is not suitable for using a pressure-boosting shower, and a pressure-boosting valve needs to be installed to solve the problem.

The handheld shower was nice and gave good spray in all settings, the stop button was handy I felt due to my bathroom configuration (no where to hang up) but the stop function/button failed and got stuck just over a month's worth of use.
