Excellent fit, looks great, and easy to install. It took only 5 minutes to remove the old part and install the new screen fitting on a large Big Green Egg.

This screen replacement is actually better than the one my egg came with in 2010 and is definitely worth the price. It is solid stainless sheet metal with perforated holes instead of the original screen door type material and looks and fits great! It also comes with all new hardware. The screen lines up perfectly and has elongated holes for proper installation. Once you get all 4 bolts in loosely, only tighten 2 on one end, push the screen flush against the egg then tighten all 4 so the screen stays flush against the egg. Prior to sealing check the screen door making sure it slides back and forth smoothly. I then used clear silicone to seal the top and bottom edge to prevent air leaks that would feed the charcoal and cause the temperatures to climb uncontrollably.
