This provided a way to free up space in the silverware drawer once I figured a place to mount it where the cat wouldn't mess with it. Note: There's exactly one inch clearance between our door and shelf which is plenty, just made sure the magnet lined up with the shelf to avoid the handles hitting it. Recommended!

I've wanted a magnetic knife rack for a while and I found this was the best bang for my buck, so I went ahead and bought it. I even found a way to display my knives while leaving the knife sheath safely on, by just pulling it down slightly to reveal a small section of the blade. This knife rack is strong enough that it only needs to be exposed to the length of the blade that covers it and it sticks really firmly. You can still pull the knives off easily, but it's not going to fall. It comes with all the hardware for mounting it, but I wanted to put it on the side of my fridge and for this, I used command hooks designed for the same weight that the knife rack can handle (17 lbs). So far there's been no problems. Even though there is an empty section at the back, there's enough plastic edging (and no lip) that you can easily stick it up with sticky pads if you want. I think it displays my new knives really beautifully, but I do wish the logo was more subtle as having it in black (against the red) looks a little ugly, but that's a very minor complaint and I can't fault this rack on functionality.

East to install. Used to hold my metal Traeger spices. Just ordered two more.

only downside is the included wall anchors are worthless. Not a big deal for me as I had better ones on hand and used them.
