Headphones randomly cut out and native bluetooth is unusable - customer support is poor.
I really wanted to like these headphones but after a few weeks of usage the headphones started randomly turning off making conference calls embarrassing. This happens if you use the dongle or native bluetooth. When using native bluetooth the connection is very unstable and drops for a split second every few minutes. The support for this product is poor, i raised my issue in November 2024, and after countless back and fourth asking me to update my microsoft teams, laptop etc they finally agreed to send a replacement dongle, the whole process took the best part of 3 months. Noise cancellation on this though is second to none.

Not perfect, but nice-ish
First day experiences: 1- I can hear my heart beat and it is super comfy to wear. 2- ANC is not strong at all but due to the material of the pads, it can be said to be OK. 3- The app recognised it as 1060 ANC, not 1061 ANC... 4- My voice goes to the other side in a way that somehow cuts or becomes vague a bit if not loud enough. 5- When speaking, the TV noise goes to the other side but not too loudly. You cannot wash dishes with it on your head at all. (Yealink BH70 blocks 100% of noises and reduces external noises to 0% for the other side, but you can hear them too much so it becomes difficult for me to understand the client. BH76 does not work with regular phone calls.) 6- Music quality is definitely not bad. Classical sennheisser treble. Good normal music experience. Nothing 3D, nothing super impressive. But good, reliable good music. Volume is not getting higher than a certain level despite my efforts in the app and elsewhere (Settings off, etc.) Might edit and update in the future.

El micrófono tiene la mejor cancelación de ruido, si trabajas desde casa puedes moverte y sin problema contestar las llamadas sin que se escuche que estas preparando la comida o a los niños jugando. Los audífonos tienen buena cancelación de ruido, y opción para apagar la función, lo cual es muy práctico. La versión que yo compre viene con su stand para cargar los audífonos de manera inalambrica. La conexión mediante el dondle/USB es mucho mejor que directamente Bluetooth, tiene mejor calidad el audio y la cancelación de ruido del micrófono.

Le meilleur casque pour les audio et visio conférences que j'ai pu avoir. La réduction de bruit est bluffante. Le casque est léger et tient bien. Le stand est super pratique. Je peux l'avoir 5-6h par jour sans souffrir, c'est parfait !

Das EPOS IMPACT 1061 ANC funktioniert einwandfrei und erfüllt meine Erwartungen vollkommen. EPOS steht wirklich für Qualität. Das Headset sitzt bequem und sicher auf dem Kopf, sodass man es stundenlang tragen kann, ohne Beschwerden zu verspüren. Die Geräuschisolierung während Gesprächen ist beeindruckend. Die Stimme des Gesprächspartners kommt klar und deutlich durch. Vorteile: Hervorragende Klangqualität Komfortables, langzeitiges Tragen Ausgezeichnete Geräuschisolierung Nachteile: Es wird leider kein Hardcase mitgeliefert, sondern nur eine Stofftasche. Wichtiger Hinweis: Obwohl als IMPACT 1061 ANC beworben, erhält man tatsächlich das Modell 1060 ANC. Dies wird nur auf der Verpackung deutlich. Lieferumfang: EPOS IMPACT 1060 ANC Headset Ladestation Trotz der kleinen Unstimmigkeit bei der Modellbezeichnung bietet dieses Headset insgesamt eine ausgezeichnete Leistung und ist für lange Arbeitssitzungen oder Konferenzen sehr zu empfehlen.

The item was original and works as expected. The only issue I am experiencing was that there are times that the device connectivity does not work immediately (need to remove and reconnect dongle) but this is a common issue with this model.

These were amazing for voice suppression. I had my son screaming in the background and no one could hear him on Teams. Highly recommend for working from home with kiddos. They were also very comfortable and didn’t squish my ears down to where they were hurting like other headsets have.
