Not good or bad. It's just okay.
I neither hate it nor love it. I used it to check out a couple of videos on the internet and I never picked it up again. It was an impulse buy. The only difficulty I had is controlling my phone while its in the headset.

Cinema Experience Anywhere, hurts my nose
This is basically Google Cardboard, which Android apps don't really support anymore. But I did find the app VR Theater (it.couchgames.apps.cardbgoardcinema) works quite well, but I don't love the default experience. Once I configured the app so the screen is fixed in front of me and always centered, then things were pretty good, and I was able to adjust the virtual screen size so I got a good resolution with an immersive experience. Nobody really makes 3D TVs anymore. This headset lets me watch rips of 3D Blu-Rays as well as non-3d content. It's also great with spherical videos you can still find on Youtube occasionally. There's independent adjustment for each eye and the lenses are reasonable quality, just be sure to keep the clean. It holds your phone tightly. I found it perfect for my aging Galaxy S10. My main complaint is it can get a bit uncomfortable across the bridge of my nose if I wear it for a while. It could probably use some more padding. But paired with some bluetooth earbuds, this provides a great cinema experience anywhere: in bed, on a plane, at the dentist. I haven't tried any 3d games with it; I don't have a bluetooth controller for that.

Well done
Great product! Phone slides in and out easily. You can quickly adjust it for your eye sight. Does the job well.

Must download a VR app
You have to download a VR app on ur phone or switch to play or watch something. The description doesn't say that. If you choose to use your switch you must take off the side Controllers. If your games says you must use them, their already available. I'm still trying to get it focused as 1 pic instead of 2.
