The combination of spices were absolutely mind-blowing. So when I went to look for a cookbook to help capture these delicious dishes, I came across this book. It is hands down. One of the best cookbooks I own in my extensive cookbook collection. Would makes this so special is you read the history and the stories of this amazing country and he fall in love with the place. That sadly doesn't exist like it used to, but the memories live on through the food which is described and explained in the pages of this masterpiece. I cannot recommend it enough.
