It's oatmeal what can I say if you live on earth. You have probably had it before. It's great I love oatmeal. I can to my house in one piece came in a real box like I requested. Is already portion in the sizes I love. It's quaker so they are always delicious. Easy to digest that's important to me with health reasons and digestion issues. My husband has this everyday with 1 TBSP of peanut butter and 2 TBSP of cashews and chia seeds.It has 4g of protein for the oatmeal itself.It doesnโt have any sugar so has been helpful with maintaining weight loss.Great price and value.It is filling and will keep you full for hours.The taste, quality and texture are great. Very easy to use, pour in microwave safe bpa free bowl, add 1/2 cup of water and 1-2 minutes in microwave, we always do 1 minute and 20 seconds and works great.We buy regularly on subscribe and save for us and my parents,would highly recommend.
