My wife and I have been taking these for quite a while and there's a noticeable bump up in energy. It's nothing jittery like caffeine but we can tell if we miss a day or two! No pic, it's exactly as advertised.

Still a bit early but do like the extra pep in the morning without the jitters. In due time if I find more to mention will do so. But definitely worth another shot at it.

I think these are great before you head to the gym. No stomach upset from some kind of caffeine derivative. This is my second bottle and compared to another I've tried, there was no sudden change to my system.
