Review: While I have had these pans for only a short time, they have performed beautifully each time I have used them. Baking bacon in the oven is a breeze, turns out crispy and delicious. Parchment paper and/or foil makes clean up easy. I recently roasted our garden's yellow squash on them, and my husband and I enjoyed two pans of yummy squash. So much easier than standing forever over a saute pan. The set of two with racks were a great value also.
