Great MCT oil . This is my 4th order. I put it in coffee and it doesn't upset stomach unless I load it in. Specifically if I use 1tsp to 1 Tbsp I have zero issues with gastric upset. Beyond this, I can notice a difference in hair lustre and possibly morning cognition. This company has a great reputation for purity, therefore, I know it is assisting in brain health.

I wanted a good quality MTC oil because I heard about it on a YouTube site I like for healthy recipes, gardening & tips. I don't have lots of money but I am over 70 & have health issues so this sounds promising. I do need to be more consistent but I think there seems to be better clarity for myself which is a big deal at my age. I haven't used as much as a tablespoon but we shall see. I use it in my morning coffee so far. I may try it in a salad dressing. Wine, vinegar, etc As most here say, there is a issue with the top. It leaks down the side when pouring. What I do is put it into a plastic squeeze bottle with a pull up top. I hope that doesn't hurt the quality which is very good. Maybe I will buy a better & safer dispenser. One question that I have, if anyone knows, is what percentage of the C8 & C10 are? I read that C8 is a little better tolerated but C10 has its own benefits too. The oils that I researched seem to use a 60/40 ratio. (more C8)

This has good ingredients and I appreciate the certifications. It tastes perfectly neutral as it should. The only problem is the cap is a bit leaky. I've had 3 bottles and theyre pretty messy. You'll need to wipe it off after each use. Ideally, I'd like this to be in glass since fats can absorb plastic.

Helps me reach and stay in ketosis plus all the benefits MCT oil provides. Tried it in coffee, yogurt, salad, etc. but never liked how the flavor or texture changed with it. Finally had a "why not this" moment. I've been drinking Swanson Sipping Chicken Bone Broth With Ginger and Turmeric (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07S1XCR8M?ref=nb_sb_ss_w_as-reorder_k0_1_3&amp=&crid=24PBERZHFLHTB&amp=&sprefix=bon) so one day I decided to add the 1Tbsp of MCT oil to it, stirred it up, and it came out great and still tasty. Now its by far my preferred way to take it on the daily.

I have purchased this MCT Oil several times in the past and have felt as if it was fresh & effective. It has always come in an opaque (grey) plastic container. MCT OIL IS SENSATIVE TO LIGHT. The last time I ordered a 32oz bottle it came in clear plastic container. It's concerning to me due to not knowing how long the oil inside has been exposed to light while sitting in some other location waiting to be shipped. I am concerned that the oil will degrade more quickly than my previous purchases depending on manufacture date & how long it was sitting in a clear plastic bottle in a lighted warehouse somewhere. I'm disappointed and will find a different supplier.

Very disappointed because it was thought to be in a glass bottle but came in plastic which is of no use!

I needed some MCT Oil to add to my diet for brain fog and thought I should try one that is by a brand I trust - Garden of Life. I have had no stomach issues adding it to my coffee or breakfast but I don't think I feel the benefits I was hoping for. I might look for an alternative when this bottle has finished.

very good mtc oil, however, was in a pharmacy today and saw for 50aed cheaper

This costly product came without any expiry date printed. Seal was leaking when it arrived. So, I won't be able to use it. I purchased it for my newborn baby. This product is not eligible for return. I lost the money (500 AED).
