This is the perfect size for my 4 year old to hold securely in her hands and examine it. Quite small, but that means it'll be less heavy/difficult to hold and we won't have to worry as much about it slipping and falling from her hands. The snow globe is beautiful and has lots of glitter. Perfect for a child fascinated with dinosaurs! The item did arrive late (still in time for the party though), but the seller was so kind and responsive to my email. The item was packaged well and arrived safely
