If you need Iron and cannot take regular iron then this is for you. It is easy on the stomach and well tolerated for me. Regular iron always made me sick and constipated. This did neither of those things. Great Product.

My blood work says ferrous gluconate works
My lab blood work says this works to improve the iron in my blood and readily available for use by my body. Future tests will show if it improves my ferritin. Until recently, doctors have ignored anemia in women of child bearing age because supposedly all women get anemic due to menstruation. Perhaps this is true in some cases, however, just because a clinician ignores low iron doesn’t mean you should!

Arrived in good shape after a couple day hiatus. Initial looks indicate it's everything I needed. Just order a few days out if you're in a hurry, regardless of anything Amazon says.

For me, it was like trying to swallow a horse pill. Period plus it would take four of those horse pills to get the dosage I needed.
