Cons: Strong Smell Pros: Very good ingredient list and minerals. All safe ingredients, no weird herbs or concoctions. Good quality salts used wherever possible, I see the attempt! Suggestions: 1. Veggie Capsule, maybe additional ingredients like Boron etc. 2. Better chelated organic salts for higher absorption. 3. Make another supplement for bone health - K2, D3, Mg, Calcium, phosphorus combo 4. Decrease the amount of iron, as men usually need 10 mg in bio available from 5. Correct D, E and decrease the iron content which is causing stomach pain in a lot of people. Edit: have decreased one star has the supplement has changed visually but none of the changes have been implemented.

It's a tablet and no health issues so far and no digestion problems and it kinda helps for sleep for my mum who has sciatica issues and the quality is not good i mean it contains parabens and artificical fillers so may affect long term
