Fantastic product, 100% satisfied. My dog unfortunately peed all over the back seat of my car on a trip to the vet. The smell the following week was horrible (even though I had used a car seat shampoo in an attempt to clean it), found this product on Amazon and based on the reviews, I decided to try it. The seats are fabric and obviously the dog pee had penetrated into the foam. With one treatment, left overnight the smell has been completely neutralised. Even close up to the seat I can't smell anything now. Highly recommended based on my experience and well worth the price. I decided to treat the seats for second time but really that was just for my benefit as it had worked on the first application.

Our elderly cat had peed on the carpet in our bedroom, we didnt discover it until late that night and my husband poured a jug of water in the carpet in his attempt to clean it. So the smell had spread over a wide area. I was extremely sceptical, as nothing had cured the smell so far and I was looking at getting the carpet replaced. This stuff worked to get rid of the smell totally, I thought I detected a slight whiff about a week later, both faint cat pee and also damp (probably when the underlay started to dry out properly) I sprayed again with the spray (very generously) and it seems to have fixed the problem for good this time. It smells slightly of almonds for a little while, then once you've hoovered the smell faint smell is gone. Im not sure if ours was a dodgy bottle, or if I did something wrong screwing the top on but it leaks like crazy if its on its side. Not a problem for us.

This works well - almost too well. I find the almond smell overpowering but if you dilute it to the ratio of 1 part cleaner to 2 parts water it seems to work just as well, the smell is pleasant instead of gagging and it will last 3 times longer. OMG I have become 'that' old person!

About a pint of urine was spilt on a fitted carpet by a bed. Apart from a bit of dabbing with a sponge and towel immediately after the spill, nothing else was done. After about 36 hours the developed bacteria began to smell very pungently and powerfully. The room became unusable despite using a carpet shampoo machine (a mistake, apparently) and putting layers of bicarb on the area. The bicarb (baking soda) worked well but is only a temporary solution. The smell comes back after vacuuming the carpet. After a lot of increasingly desperate research on Google and Amazon I ordered this product. The result was magical. After 48 hours the smell was barely noticeable and after 72 hours was completely gone. This is a seriously impressive product and I didn't need to use much of it.

Have been using this stuff and singing it’s praises for years BUT the new bottles leak everywhere. Old bottles came with trigger spray already attached and worked just fine, never had one leak in transit either. New ones come with ordinary screw top and trigger spray separate. It is impossible to fit the trigger so that it doesn’t leak. Why oh why has it been changed. Product itself is still good, smells good, removes pet odours preventing repeat marking but now have to buy a spray bottle to decant it into

I’m giving this product five stars my mum‘s and her dog stayed with me over Christmas and the dog is getting old and she’s starting to have little accidents weeping everywhere bless her and it was all over my new carpet. I thought the carpet was ruined because the smell was so bad. I saw this product I thought let me give it a try and I must say it works great I can’t smell any dog urine anymore, happy days.

Incredible product, and i can't stress this enough. It has been used on blood, mud, faeces, food and each time, the stains are lifted from the carpet. Its been a godsend with 3 dogs and hasn't been beaten by a stain yet. You dont need a lot, you don't drench the material. I spray, leave a minute or two and then scrub with a cloth. The area is as good as new again. The bottle lasts ages as you don't need a lot. There's no overwhelming scent, either. If you have animals, this is a must have.

The product works well at cleaning up puppy pee messes but the bottle itself is awful. The spray mechanism came separately like others described and I had to pierce the cardboard to insert it. I think given this there isn’t a complete seal somewhere so it spills everywhere when you tip the bottle too much which is not ideal for spraying carpet. I think once we use it more and the fluid level drops this issue could resolve but after reading other reviews I now expect not to be able to finish the bottle which would decrease the value for money. For the price paid I would expect a better bottle that said I do think it is value for money for the cleaning power and reassurance it is formulated to deal with pets. The smell is neither here nor there. I don’t think it’s unpleasant or pleasant.

This stuff actually works. Often you buy stuff online, and it's a bit of a gamble if it will live up to its spiel. This one does.

Pahalı ama çok iyi lekeyi tek seferde çıkardı. Bağırsak hasarlı olan kedim var ve dışkılarken çok sıkıntı oluyor. Genellikle akıntı vb... Problemlerimiz oluyor. Bu ürün patolojik kirliliği kolay şekilde cözdü ve hızlı temizliği sayesinde de hiçbir diğer kimyasal etkileşime sokmadan temizliğimi yapıyorum
