I own 2 salons, and I need 1 base for the receptionist, and cordless phones for others to answer the phone. We are very busy, and we don't sit at desks, so it is ideal that we have cordless phones all over the salon, so the phone doesn't go unanswered. You can have up to 4 cordless phones for 1 base, all other 4 line phones, you have to have a base for 1 cordless phone. Also, the cordless phone has a hold feature, that other brands don't have. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT !!! Ideal for salons, and non-desk businesses.Easy set up, despite that I have one at my other salon, the first time I got it, I was dialed in in 10 minutes... You can't go wrong with this system.
