Great little magnets, great to help hold down my jeep cover.
Of course, the 150lbs is false but they are strong. I applied some knobs and they work great to help hold done my car cover.

Very strong magnets
Great magnets. Very strong, easy to attach and remove, and reasonably priced. Solidly built with the steel cup around them. I used two to adhere a custom cover to my pellet grill hopper. These attach it securely but allow easy removal of the lid when needed.

Strong Enough for My Garage Nail Finder
I was building a magnetic nail finder for my garage. I just bought an $11 cutting board (12 x 18 x .75), four 1-inch fixed mini caster wheels, and a stainless steel, adjustable flag holder to attach an old broom handle. The final ingredient was the purchase of 24 of these 100LBS neodymium disc magnets. Once attached, the magnets were about 1 inch from the ground it was searching over. For experiment 1, I attached a row of six, double stacked discs to my board and had no issues picking up some very small and light materials. Then I did a row of 6 with just one disc. Still, no issue with capturing screws. With that said, there is a noticeable bump in magnetic strength when these discs are stacked. (A word of warning, I had the torque set to my drill's lowest setting and still cracked a couple of these discs during installation. The did not crumble and all of them are still serviceable for my nail finding purpose. Just be careful). For this project, I absolutely could have gotten by with 12 instead of the 24 magnets I ordered. Since I had enough to do two magnetic rows, I did.

Good Magnets for Displate Metal Posters
These are very good magnets to secure Displate metal posters to the wall. There are a few things you need to understand first though. The screws that come with the magnets are too short. They are only long enough to go through the drywall. There are two problems with that. 1) When you pull Displates off the wall the entire magnet and screw are likely to come out of the wall with the Displate. 2) When you are trying to adjust the position of the Displate, the screw will likely get loose and will pull out from the magnet which will scratch the back of your Displate (not the end of the world I don't think, but personally I'd rather not damage my Displate at all). You really need screws that will go all the way into the stud. The screw you use absolutely must have a flat head, so as not to scratch the Displate. Also that head must fit all the way into the magnet so that it is less likely to scratch the Displate. Screws size #6 seemed to do the job perfectly (#8 may work but more likely to scratch imo). The head and actual screw of the #6 size screws appear to be smaller in circumference than even the screws that come with the magnets, so they fit into the magnet hole nicely. I was unable to find 1.25 inch long #6 wood screws at the hardware store so I went with 1.5 inch long #6 wood screws and they worked nicely. I think 1 inch long screws would work well too. You just want to make sure it goes into the wood stud located behind the drywall (use a stud finder to locate the stud). Magnets are delicate, so you want to screw the magnet by hand. You just want to make sure the screw is not protruding out of the magnet but don't tighten it too much. If the magnet is not moving at all then it's definitely tight enough. I broke one of my magnets, cracking it in 3 spots. It was my own fault as I was trying to use a screw that was a bit too big and didn't want it to protrude out and I screwed a little too tight. Even though it broke, it appears to be working just fine so I left it in the wall. It appears that a single magnet is sufficiently strong to hold a Displate in place (I have one large Displate poster being held by a single one of these magnets). In general, regardless of the magnet's strength, it's best to use at least 2 magnets per Displate because if you just use 1 often times the Displate will look funny either based on how it bends or how it hangs. I recommend either a combination of at least 2 of these magnets or 1 of these magnets plus the 2 magnets that come with the Displate. Other reviews complain that the magnet currently being sold is weaker than the magnet that used to be sold. This is absolute true. These magnets are substantially weaker than the old ones. However, for the purpose of Displates, I would argue that these weaker magnets are SUPERIOR to the old magnets. Displates simply don't require all that power. These are easier to separate from one another which is nice but most importantly these are thinner than the old magnets. Having a thinner magnet is nice because it means your Displate won't protrude so far off the wall. I do feel the 95lb claim on this magnet is blatantly false and because of that I'm subtracting a star. However, large Displates are only 3lbs so a super powerful magnet is not required. If I were using my magnets to hold tools or a handgun then I would probably want something more powerful but for the purposes of Displate metal posters these are nearly perfect aside from the fact that you need to get separate #6 screws to ensure that the magnets attach to the stud rather than just the drywall.

Very strong & sturdy as described
Very strong as described. Do not let 2 of them come together because almost impossible to separate. Would buy again. No problems with rust after several months even though they occasionally get wet.

these magnets are exactly what I needed - they are very strong

Very strong!
These are super-strong and the great aspect of these is that they screw in! Bought them for some under-cabinet LED light units and they are more than adequate for that application. Not sure I would want less strength in a magnet for this purpose.

Strong and Well made.
Very Strong magnets, and appear to be quite sturdy with the outer shell, I did drop one on the garage floor and it held up fine, as anyone who has used magnets in the past know quite well if they are not usually forgiving on drop test...

Strong!
Great song magnets. Used to secure rock lights to my steel fenders on a classic truck, worked great. Used 2 per light and they do not come off easily. Have yet to loose one from a pothole or driving around.
