Nylon Channel Squeeze Nut, 1/4"-20 Strut Channel Cone Nuts

Good quality nuts. They worked real well in my strut channel to hold solar panels.

I have been an electrician for more than 25 years. This product is far better than the typical “spring nuts”, that have been on the market for years. This gems make it so much easier to frame panel racks, with uni strut, and makes hanging panels, meter bases, and various other components so much easier.

These work well, however they don't seem to stay in the channel quite like the 1/2" ones do. The 1/2" ones are amazing....these will slide down the track unless you give them a slight turn or full 90 degree lock...at which point you still have tabs sticking out. These still save MAJOR headaches, as you can slide the screw in place, put a slight twist on it, and then thread your bolt...then turn before final tightening to get the plastic ears into the track. Really still vastly better than many options. Good quality nuts, they lock in and hold solid.

Worked perfectly in the u-channel. I used these to install 2 100w solar panels on the roof of our RV.
