Why did you choose this product over others?: Since a downstairs op it's been hard keeping myself clean. This fits easily to the sink next to the loo (although did need an adapter) and is near enough to use whilst sitting on the throne. Probably saved money on loo rolls too. A life saver.

Hey, can anyone tell me if the company can replace it? Because I’ve purchased it not once but twice in last 5 months as it broke just by trying to open it and it was not even tight. It would be really feasible if the company could replace it for free now.

I initially found this product to be of good quality; however, my experience took a turn after just three months of use. Unfortunately, it started leaking, and the problem has only worsened with time. Given that I had to replace it so soon, I can’t recommend this product. It feels like a waste of money, especially since I had to repurchase it in such a short span. While the quality is commendable, the durability is a significant drawback.

Easy installation can't explain how my daughter was happy after seeing this installation very easy job to fix and use.

Facile da montare, non richiede interventi particolari ed è perfetta sia come doccetta intima che per la pulizia del bagno o del water. When you do not have place, bugdet or other possibility to have a separate connection for a toilet sprayer, but the tap is close, this is an excellent choice. I installed it for the secondary toilet in our home and it works fine. Easy to install, no tools needed. Before buying check the tap compatibility.

It's not good. Please don't waste your money.

Poor water pressure but it does the trick when I can’t assemble a bidet the old fashioned way. Not bad.
