We use this along with sugar free flavoring drops in a large container of water (Stanley type). I do feel like it aids in hydration. If you're only using a little bit, you probably won't taste much other than a slight salty taste- but if you're using it as recommended with the full number if drops, it definitely has a fish tank feeling to it. I started keto a few weeks ago and adding in these electrolytes really helped with being dizzy light headed and just feeling blah also improved my sleep. I have now been doing 24 hour fast with my keto diet so in the afternoon when I feel lightheaded or sluggish I take this and I am good to go! The taste is definitely alarming at first what I do is I take 2 tablespoons of coffee add my teaspoon this so it is one gulp and gone. It’s hard to describe the taste almost like extreme sour but not much of an aftertaste (once I drink some more coffee lol). I do not burp it up later and I don’t notice any smell. I was going to send it back but it honestly works and is worth the few seconds of ick.

Love this product to prevent dehydration during doing a water fast. The easy squeeze container makes using it so much easier and i like it better than the powder kind because i don't have to shake really hard or stir. The taste if you use a ton isn't great, but if you use the recommended amount you can barely taste it. great product! Ill be buying more in the future

Yes it has a peculiar taste but you get used to it. I use it for the benefits not the taste. Most any supplement that you take doesn't taste good LOL. I use teaspoonful in a small juice glass with water everyday. I drink a lot of tea which consequently acts as a diuretic so I need to make sure that my electrolytes remain balanced. This does the job for me.

So many reviews about this product note it's strong taste. I was able to put it in my morning smoothie, but I like strong flavors. Coupled with ginger, beet juice and lemon juice, these drops are quite palatable. As other's have said, spread them out throughout the day. It's easier to take that way. Having said that, I had high hopes that this stuff would alleviate night foot and calf cramps. It was not meant to be. The cramps are so much worse since taking these drops and I'm so disappointed. Especially since the one thing these drops did do was increase my energy so much that I feel 15 years younger after taking them. Unfortunately, the feeling turns into an irritable tenseness as the day progresses and makes it very hard to fall asleep. That on just 1/4 of the suggested dosage. I got so much done while using these. But sleeping only an hour at a time due to constant cramps. And my blood pressure going up and staying up. So it's a mixed bag for me. I haven't taken them today and I won't. My blood pressure is calming down. I will probably stay off them for another day and then just do 10 drops on the first day back on them and see how the cramps and blood pressure does. I sure wish I knew why a product that claims to alleviate leg cramps and cause them so badly. But energy?! Yeah!! Great stuff.

Does have a bit of a bitter taste, you need to try with different things to see how you like the taste. A fave of mine is about 2 cups water, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp trace minerals, and a shot of "skinny girl" stevia/erythritol sweetener. I also add 1 tsp to my coffee, with collagen powder, shot of sweetener, and coffee cream or coconut milk. I didn't love this at first but it was tolerable and am used to it now. I follow a keto way of eating, and this has made my nightly leg cramps disappear when other supplements didn't.

I use this product every morning and throughout the day. Every morning, I start my day with a hot vitamin C drink and a squeeze of these of these minerals. Later in the day, I make a water bottle with a splash of OJ and another squeeze of 40,000 Volts. I have noticed after one week the my skin is more hydrated and my bathroom routines have been eased.
