But I thought why not at least try supplements. If I can't absorb them then I'm not out anything except some money. Well, they work fine. Just like calories, my body absorbs iron just fine. These aren't special, expensive, "bariatric" chewable tablets, these are identical to the ones that my pharmacy puts in a prescription bottle, the mgs, color, shape, and type of iron, all identical.
