This product works great. I haven’t weighed myself but I definitely can tell the difference in my clothing and others have really noticed. I wear a size 12 normally but definitly in a 10 now. I would take two at night before sleep and let me tell you at 1am I was up cleansing. You definitely want to take this at night and during your days where your near your personal bathroom. I purchased my 2 nd bottle already but probably won’t do another ckeanse for about two -3 months because it had definitely curbed my appetite and it’s been over a week since I took my last dose. I recently tried the 7-day cleanser, hoping for a quick and effective solution to feeling bloated and heavy. Unfortunately, my experience with this product was far from satisfactory. On the first day, I experienced only a small amount of loose bowels, and for the remaining six days, there was no noticeable effect. The pills were uncomfortable to take, and I did not experience any reduction in water weight as claimed. Overall, I feel misled by the product's promises and would not recommend it to others. There are likely more effective and comfortable ways to address bloating and water weight. Save your money and look for alternatives.

I was iffy about getting it and the reviews just confused me more. But I eventually ordered it and tried my luck. It works really well and my last day of the pills are tomorrow. You get like a 10 sec cramp that’s how I knew I was getting ready to go poo lol. So that was like a warning ! But it’s like once you do it for 3 days straight your body starts to feel light and empty! I highly recommend. The only thing I didn’t like is how big the pills are. I took 2 at the same time with a full cup of water with a healthy snack after in case the pill had trouble going down. 10/10 2lb lighter
