I’m going to give these five stars for a few reasons. They don’t fall apart and they unscrew from both sides. The shaft isn’t too thick for the beads. They don’t fall apart easy and the ink does not get staggered. It has a continuous flow. They have really good colors which are kind of muted and natural. The shiny ones are classy and the Matt ones are also classy. I’ve bought a few of these in the shaft. Sometime is too big for beads which makes no sense because it’s a beating pen. The cavity inside is recessed so things sit properly and the pins are very sturdy once they are together. would be nice if they came with tops but if you make them correctly, they can retract but someone asked me for a top anyway so I’m just mentioning that so I had to actually make a top for it but then they didn’t realize that pen retracts for the buddy it’s good. They come with quite a few in there. I’ve gotten a few different products and sometimes for the money there’s only four, but this comes with quite a bit so it’s definitely worth it. It would be nice if they came with a few more refills because it doesn’t come with refills but overall it’s a great pen. Some DIY craft pens are cheap and the ink doesn’t flow properly, but these flow nicely and I use a lot of pen. they are in a sleeve when they come so if you’re careful you can repackage them and use the sleeve if you’re selling them like I am it’s a great project. It’s fun and the kids can do it and produce a very quality product.

I started making beaded beauties almost the moment they arrived. Nice quality, average size, fits well in hand for writing, and I love the variety of colors. I think my friends and family will love them.

I have tried different pens and these are the ones that work the best. They have less issues instead of buying them in bulk through a different company, theses are better quality and last intact longer. Highly recommended.

Great for making pens! A couple didn’t screw on at the top but overall good product

These made for a fun craft project. The extra large beads fit well, and I love the variety of colors. The video shows a few of the pens I have left for my project (beads ordered separately ) The pens are individually wrapped and are good quality. Update minus one star because the tops come unscrewed with use I suggest after adding the beads you glue the top on.

On the 12th day of Christmas my true love gave to me a handmade pen that writes well! LOL! I must say that these pens write very well and they bead easily! I give it 5 stars! They are so easy to make that a grandmother can do it. How do I know? Bc I had my kids 76 year old grandmother do it and she was able to make a beautiful handmade pen! They are enough for almost anyone to use. I would say ages 4 to 104! These pens were a good deal for the value! I gave some of them away to my nurses at Duke. I even gave 2 of the sickle cell warriors that were in the treatment room with me at the sickle cell day hosptial their pick of the pens. Everyone who received a pen as a gift was very happy to get one. I gave one of the housekeepers a pen (as I give gifts of some sort out each year) and she was so happy to receive it! She even helped me come up with a decent price point for selling them. To know that she would pay $7 for one of my handmade pens made me feel confident that I could sell them if I wanted to.
