Thermacell Fuel Zone Guard Base works great on my camp, especially when I am fishing from my deck. Our house is over the water, so mosquitos there most of the time and that is my pain. I absolutely love this unit. A pretty baby blue year to blend in with my patio furniture and an easy to use device. Click in the cell. Click the top base and listen for.the small hiss. It does require refills but one cell lasts a few weeks as long as you remember to turn it off. Otherwise it will remain on and drain the liquid. Unfortunately that's been an issue since last years model as well. You just have to remember to turn it off. That is honestly the one drawback. Beyond that though mosquitoes will not come within a 20 foot radius of this thing. Highly recommended for parties or just enjoying the outdoors!

I was very skeptical of this product before I bought it but I'm a believer now. It does take that 10 minutes to truly work but once that is done I have not experienced any mosquitos around. It makes hanging out on the patio so much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend. Just remember to turn it off so you don't waste the product.

This Thermocell Mosquito repellant is the perfect portable must have for your outdoor plans. It's size is compact but packs are punch when repelling those pesky blood sucking insects. Setup is a breeze. It included the unit, 3 repellant replacement mats, and 1 fuel cartridge. The mat slides right in the top, and the fuel cartridge screws in the bottom. Give the base a turn to on, wait 5 seconds, and twist to start. If the orange glow is visible in the side view window you are good to go after 15 minutes. It was a perfect thing to use in the evening while sitting outside enjoying the calm before the storm moves in.

Works ok, it does seem to help keep the mosquitoes at bay. It only last twelve hour though and the replacement cartridges are kind of expensive in my opinion. There is also no timer on this device so if you forget to shut it off you will waste the cartridge completely.

These really work. I live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, basically I live in a swamp, and they work perfectly. I put a couple of them outside when I were outside or I put them by the pool and they work wonderfully.

In my area we have a problem with mosquitoes. I looked up having a company come to treat the yard to keep them away. This was extremely expensive and also not something I felt comfortable doing with my family. Other alternatives involving open flames also felt kind of dangerous to be doing with a toddler running around. Enter the Thermacell mosquito repellent. With its 15 ft zone I can easily carry this around the yard with us and since there is no open flame I'm not worried about touching it or moving it. The repellent mats last about 4 hours which is perfect for an outside hanging out sessions. I am considering getting another one of these to have as a house and then giving a few as gifts to neighbors and relatives. This is the perfect size easy to carry around and just plain simple to use. This is a no-brainer product for any summer backyard.
