Review: Only oven mitt that works with cast iron at 475F - I have melted all of my other oven mitts taking cast iron pans of bread out of the 475F oven even though they were rated to 500F. This is the only glove that doesn't melt and keeps my hand from being burned. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I still have to put the pot down relatively quickly because my hand gets very warm inside the glove. Overall a great glove for high temperature cooking.
