Once I got passed which strained size to use (since there’re choices), I use it confidently (I only use the fine strainer, thus far). Large size apples don’t fit whole. I chop mine in half or quarter. Learning to juice firmer veggies between softer ones helps to push the softer ones through, thus clearing out mushed buildup as I juice.I had to get used to how everything lined up, to put together after cleaning. It was a bit frustrating at first, but I’ve figured it out.I just wish there were recipes in the little manual. Seller says there are lots of juicing recipes online, but mine came with a strainer used for making ice cream, so I’d like to know how to do that. Very little frothing and oxidation with this juicer. Taking it apart and cleaning it was easy enough. Glad I selected this one after seeing that it measures up to units costing 400.00+.It has a higher wattage, like the higher priced units. This one is champagne color. Looks great!Be aware that on these type of juicers you need to cut your produce into smaller pieces, as it works better that way. Also I suggest doing produce that is stringy last (celery, ginger, turmeric) as the texture of those can build up in the disposal chamber. Otherwise I really love this machine. The juice is much more flavorful made from these type machines since the oxidation is lower than on a centerfugal type.
