Good microphone and good speaker for professional meeting. Best performance in closed room. Handy, easy configurable, connects with Teams, GMeet. Worth for money, good choice. I use at home and kid is using for online courses.

Its very good, but Mute is working only for Mobiles, not Lync. If it is for Mobile - go for it If it is for a conference call & if you are not gonna mute at all go for it But If you want for Conference calls with Mute option, we may think that we can mute in the Skype itself right? If you do, and if you unmute it, the opp person cannot hear you. You have to dropoff the meeting and rejoin. So, think wisely, the product is good, sound is good, the price is ok compared to other speakers. I liked it, but I am returning it, as mute option is my high priority

I am very disappointed with this product. The packaging quality was extremely poor. The item was not packed properly, which gave a bad first impression and raised concerns about the product's condition during delivery. Additionally, the Bluetooth connectivity is very unsatisfactory. It frequently disconnects, takes a long time to pair, and does not provide a stable connection, making the product frustrating to use. This significantly affects its overall performance and user experience. Based on my experience, the product does not meet my expectations in terms of both packaging and functionality. I would not recommend it to others unless these issues are addressed.

after so much of research, I found this model - Smiledrive Portable Bluetooth Mobile Conference Call Speaker. The voice quality is very good and surprisingly music sounds very good. when paired in Bluetooth with phone, all the buttons on the device are usable. when paired to Laptop/PC, the volume, mic mute will work with the application only, for example if u use teams, you should use teams control to use mic and speaker. call answer and disconnect as this is not integrated speakerphone with those applications. Pls be aware of this else you will complain mic mute is not working when using Teams, zoom etc.. all buttons are fully functional only when connected to phone in bluetooth mode. Pls connect power source to USB always to avoid battery challenges. Highly recommended for working form home professionals. It has been used for a week now, will update after sometime if I face any issues. for now, this is good to go.
