Taking for lactation support- amazing results
I had a baby just over 5 weeks ago (my first) and I started taking Love the Tatas from Honest Company right after he was born. I ran out of my 30 day supply and know that Brewers Yeast is great for lactation support. I do not care for lactation cookies (if I’m going to eat a cookie, I want a real one haha). I also didn’t want to be stirring anything in my food- basically just wanted to avoid the taste. I also really wanted to avoid feeding him formula if at all possible and I wanted to have bottles in the fridge so my husband can take the first or last feed of the night so that I can get a teeny bit more sleep… WOW, these pills work. Granted, I have no idea what my baseline production is since I was taking Honest Co from day 1, but after 3 days of these, my production has gone up by at least 30% -40% over what it was with the Honest Co supplement. They are very easy to swallow and have very little aftertaste. I’d highly recommend to all the moms out there.

Will boost your supply
If you are trying to boost your supply and you came here to see if it works, I am telling you yes! I had taken these for a few days and had to stop because I was getting engorged. They are easy to swallow, not a terrible taste, makes your pee yellow though like fluorescent color, and have an odd smell so just beware of that. Otherwise for the amount you get it is well worth your money and is quite effective!

This increased my supply so well, just don’t over take them, gave me thrush or some kind of reaction on the top of my chest (.)(.) and was extremely itchy for weeks. It was my own fault though, now I take them properly and my supply is fantastic
