It's obviously very soft and delicate, so you're likely to tear it on your first use. There are ways to stop those tears from continuing on worse and worse (like plastic packaging that gets a tear). Still, this is definitely not going to last long.

Bought this as I have some that go around shaft and sack, and wanted something to just go around my sack . Super stretchy, fairly easy to get on but as with most toys like this , one damn marble in the sack seems to play hide and seek. Anyways, once on it has a gentle tug and squeeze on your marble sack , nothing extreme, and probably would be comfortable to wear for long periods of time . Some reviews said theirs ripped easily, so hopefully that doesn’t happen .
