Great soup maker. Had it for around 12 months and enjoyed many tasty soups. Easy to use, easy to clean, works a treat.

Makes delicious soup quickly - possibly chopping the ingredients takes longer than making the soup! 21 minutes for blended soup is great. Follow Tefal’s tips about putting a little of both veg oil and water in the jug before adding the other ingredients to prevent sticking/burning works so it doesn’t take 21 minutes to clean afterwards!

I couldn’t wait to try this soup maker and I must say I found it very easy to use. My soup came out lovely and smooth but I need more practice with the ingredients as we found it a little plain but after adding salt and pepper that seem to improve it. I think I may have put in a little bit too much water for the amount of vegetables I put in. It was my first try and I learnt a lot hopefully my next batch of soup will be a success.🤞

Good little soup maker, value for money, it doesn't saute so I do this on the hob, first attempt had too much in it, didn't take into account the amount the veg would take up and it started spilling out of the spout, it nearly gave me a heart attack when it blended, noisy but not for long, all in all, very happy with my purchase and look forward to making more soups. Easy to clean as it doesn't saute.

This to me is a marvelous machine. A friend told me he had bought a soup in 2019, & I liked the idea. VERY easy to use. From memory, somewhere in the instruction booklet, it does suggest that it is like using an electric kettle. I always used to make a large pot of soup on the stove, thick, & the veg probably too chunky for most people. lol. This gives you the option of just cooking, but cutting the veg small enough that they actually do cook in around 20mins, or smooth. & smooth is great. I have not tried it with my usual broth mix yet, even with a mix of veg, & not much potato, it does get a bit of body. It has a 3rd setting on it, to use the machine cold without heat, for fruit drinks, & even put ice cream in for deserts. I only gave it 3 stars for ease of cleaning. It is like a lot of these blasted toastie machines where one cannot take the non stick pans out to clean them properly. Unfortunately, the jug cannot be removed from the base, which is where the electrical inlet is. It is a bit of a faff to clean it with little water in the machine, though I would still totally recommend it.

I’ve had mine 4 months and it’s not cutting out constantly and I keep getting an error when trying to blend. Going to return it.

Item is ok however, its a pain when you try and fit the lid with the blade; you have to somehow make a hole in the middle of the contents to try and get the blade to the bottom which is not easy when you have ingredients like diced potatoes. I'd consider buying a soup maker that has the blade already fitted to the base next time.

This is one of my all time favourite purchases from Amazon. The appliance did come with a UK plug, but that is easily fixed with an adapter. This soup maker makes 2 litres of soup in only 21 minutes! On the smooth setting the soup comes out ultra smooth and piping hot. It has a very powerful motor. I highly recommend this product.

Brilliant, a great addition to my kitchen and I make far more soup than I ever did before.

Je l'utilise pour la soupe. Pratique et se nettoie très bien. Facile d'utilisation. Se range facilement au frigo. J'ai enlevé une étoile : pas de notice en français dans la boîte. Le sav m'a donné rapidement le lien pour l'avoir.
