Great size, great taste, Goodness I love these bars. They are also Keto friendly and gluten free. I order these a couple times a month from Amazon. Forget the cheap crappy bars and step in to a very healthy snack with protein AND fiber. (rare combination) get while you can, I think these are going viral.

These kind bars are absolutely delicious! Also give me some energy which I stay depleted and these help and give me hope. They are also healthy to take.

I appreciate that these bars are gluten-free, non-GMO, and kosher, making them a healthier option compared to many other snack bars available. Having these individually wrapped bars on hand makes it convenient to grab a satisfying snack anytime. While the bars are nutrient-dense and filling, they do contain some fat, so they aren’t low-calorie—something to keep in mind depending on your dietary goals.

Good taste and nutrition

I am very excited that KIND has started making some of their bars with allulose. I've been using allulose for years as a sugar replacement, but I rarely find products using it as their sugar substitute. While maple syrup, honey, agave, brown rice syrup, etc...are all much better than processed sugar, they still affect your glycemic levels. I detest the weird, bitter and overly sweet taste of Stevie, and have very bad reactions ( from digestive to hives) to erythritol, maltitol, sorbitol, all the sugar alcohols. Allulose is the only sweetener I use for my tea, coffee, smoothies, and such. It is considered "no carb", doesn't affect your glycemic level, and does not hurt your teeth. Google it if you question what I'm saying. It is now available at the grocery store and always thru Amazon There are a couple ice cream brands that use allulose, but they are hard to find and VERY expensive. So when I saw that KIND ( a brand I trust) now had a few flavors of nut bars sweetened with allulose I was thrilled! I get I box of each on subscription, which means I get a treat every other day. These bars are delicious, but a bit small. Still, I will order them as long as they are being made. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Tastes good for no sugar so I give it at least 3 starts for that but smaller than the other KIND bars but with less sugar somehow more expensive. I know healthier food is generally more expensive but I'm not convinced it makes sense here. Raising the price while providing a smaller bar made with less sugar is more expensive to make and sell???

No sugar, great taste, 5gr protein, decent ingredients. Love these bars for hiking snack and pick me up. Just the right nutrition.

These are delicious. Low carb, low sugar, and NO dairy. I have to follow a strict diet for health reasons and I will usually eat one of these for breakfast with my coffee or throw one in my purse as a snack later in the day. Super convenient and doesn’t make my blood sugar spike.
